1987-1991: The legal predecessor of today's Delta Group – under the name Lézer Elektronik Little Cooperative – operated until 1991.

Since 2007, it has operated as a Delta group of companies.

Delta Kft. will become a private limited company on July 1, 2007, and its three-member board of directors will consist of the previous owners István Szalontai and István Brandhuber, and Ferenc Czakó, the former co-owner and chairman of Synergon Informatika Plc.

Following the organizational transformation of Delta Kft., two business units were transformed into new independent companies. Delta-Net Kft., focusing on the network area, was managed by Tamás Montvai, while Delta Services Kft., performing service and outsourcing activities, was managed by Ervin Bocsi and Márton Hraboczki.

DeltaGroup Holding Zrt. is a business company established on May 27, 2015, which became the holding company of the Delta Group in several steps. In the process, it became an 80% owner of Delta Informatika Zrt. by November 2015, and in October 2015, it acquired 100% ownership of Delta Systems Kft. and Delta Services Kft.

DeltaGroup Holding Zrt. acquired the majority ownership of New Line Solutions Kft., New Line Technologies Kft. and KLER 2003 Kft. in February 2016.
