    1874 Bernát Egger opened his telegraph installation and repair workshop in Budapest, named: Egger B. telegraph shop

    1901 It continued to operate under the name United Incandescent Lamp and Electricity Co. (EIVRT).

    In 1925, LM Ericsson acquired them under the name Ericsson Magyar Villamossági Rt, the main supplier of the army.

    1928 Became a subsidiary of International Standard Electric Co.

    In 1936, International Standard Electric bought it and it became the Standard Company.

    Nationalized in 1949

    1953 It was then named "Beloiannisz Communications Factory", or BHG for short.

    In 1976, the Electromechanical Company (EMV) merged with BHG

    In 1976, new name: BHG Communications Factory

    In 1986, the Broadcasting Company merged with BHG.

    It closed its doors in 2000.
